Thank you David. And thank you Shonda. These two people know how to go above and beyond. In stressful situations you really showed the appropriate way to handle it! You are a shining examples of how we should be in our daily lives!

Our pick up and getting us to our destination was flawless. However,a different driver picking us up to come home ruined the rest of my day.a taxi or bus would have been safer.

Not sure how all their drivers are, but at least 1 driver on the morning of 1/8/19 between 9:05 and 9:15 am made a poor and unsafe driving decision. This was by cutting in front of a semi traveling northbound from Bend to Redmond leaving less than a second of following distance. Then the driver stepped on the brakes. Consider that in winter driving conditions at 32 F this was a totally foolish thing to do. There was sufficient room to remain in the left lane until it was safe to enter the right lane. By choosing to get in front of a loaded semi without any reason to do so and without proper indicators well in advance, that driver put any potential rider/s at great risk. Also applying the brakes immediately meant that the semi driver had to respond quickly under adverse conditions to prevent a potential accident. Had the road been slippery, this could have proven to be a fatal mistake on the part of the AMT van driver. Please remind your drivers that semis can't stop within the same distance your vans can stop. It takes a semi 2-3 football fields to stop completely. And under winter driving conditions, it takes even longer. You proudly display \Safety\ on your vans. Please make it so. Update: Thank you for your prompt reply (2). If I would have been able to call at the time, I would have gladly done so. Have a Happy and Safe New Year.
