I have a Beaver Marquis and have made a trip to Bend Oregon to have my RV serviced. Since I have been a customer I called the service department for help. I am currently in Mesa Arizona and the airbags won’t hold air. I had a mobile RV technician come out, he found that the 8 airbags on the Beaver have dry rot and need to be replaced before we can safely travel. So I called Beaver Coach Sales service department to find out the part number to replace the airbags. I was told that they have 5 airbags on the shelf but could not help me with the part number. I asked again if they would walk back to the shelf and get me the part number. They refused. So now I have to have my coach towed to repair shop, where they have to remove an airbag to get the part number that is only visible by removing it, wait for parts to be found and shipped, then get the repair. Beaver Couch Sales will never get my business again and I wouldn’t recommend them for anything. Such poor service when they could’ve so easily helped us and had a shiny reputation with a good review.

Needed a surge tank for our 2000 beaver patriot 425 thunder. Mike Premus helped us out, sent a new metal replacement tank. Very high quality tank!

Beaver coach sales makes you feel like family! Best service, sales and parts department I've been to in the whole US. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or service an RV! Check out the new NeXus RV Super Cs they have there! I think I'm going to go back tomorrow and buy one....
