New owner Lavina! She has no voice mail, as many times as I've called which was more than 10.....you cannot change appointment times, you cannot request anything special, she said I missed my 1 appointment and sorry she would no longer accept my dogs for grooming! "I don't know what to tell you"! I do not normally put negative reviews, but this one was justified after 10 years with previous owner! I'm sad

Lavina has taken great care of my English springer. There are times I have had to reschedule and she is very accommodating. Great value too
Lavina did an awesome summer buzzcut on my fussy, high maintenance Australian Shepherd. He hates people messing with his fur, and she handled him like a pro.
