Always friendly. It is a small and pricier. The produce is excellent. I think they accomplish good service in an area that isn't trendy or packed with people - neighborhood store. The area outside is lovely for sitting (when available, i.e., covid pre-cautions). Glad they are there.

Great find in SW bend. Surprisingly large about of products in an excellent location. Free of the long lines and waits at the big stores. Most everything you need with prices that are comparable. Growler fill, hot counter, and unique specialty items too. Service was friendly and fast. Very clean and well stocked throughout.

Will no longer shop here since they don't enforce mask wearing. It's not worth risking my health due to someone who claims they have \a medical condition that prohibited use of a mask\. There is no such thing and has been proven over and over. That is just an excuse to ignore the risks and potentially spread a virus that should be under control, but somehow certain people are so childish, they throw temper tantrums when asked to help reduce the risk to others. Since this place refuses to help reduce the spread and just makes excuses when someone doesn't wear a mask, I do not consider this a safe place to shop. Best of luck for anyone else who wants to gamble with your health here.

Cannot believe how bad the customer service is here. They thrive on customer service but you can’t actually treat your customers right? That’s messed up. Your business won’t survive if you keep this up.

Rude staff. Wouldn’t go back in there if I had to. They don’t respect you as a customer, it’s disappointing to see small business treat you, the guest, like absolute garbage. Absolutely disgusting.
