I’m so sad to see all of these negative reviews.. what’s really sad is how we all seem to be quick to write negative reviews for local businesses but few take the time to write a positive one, myself included. I’ve been taking my dogs here for around 10 years. Maybe more. I’ve never had one single bad experience. Ever. The owner is kind and loves the animals as if there were her own. Please reconsider before only believing all of the negative reviews. This is someones’s livelihood here. My doggies have always been happy and so have I.

Mediocre grooming at best. Left my dog patchy and I know it wasn't his fault, as stated by her "He is great on the table" and other groomers have said such. Going to be returning to my old groomer at dirty dog grooming.
I'm sad to see the negative reviews so I felt compelled to write a positive one. First of all, I've worked in a grooming salon so I know what to look for. The place was very clean and spacious. Debra the owner was super friendly and my dogs too a great liking to her. Both my boys came out looking, feeling, and smelling amazing. She also charges very reasonably which means a lot for a dog mom on a budget.
Can't comment.. couldn't find the place. Tried to call and got no answer. So won't try again.
I lived in Bend for 10 years. I took my English bulldog in for a grooming because I had wrist injuries and needed someone to bathe my baby for me. I went to pick up Rocky and I saw the owner frustrated with him because he had a dog toy in his mouth and wouldn't let go as she tugged on it. He thought they were playing tug of war. I saw the owner/groomer hit him hard in the face so he would let go of the toy. The owners son all of a sudden noticed I had walked in and looked like he didn't know if I had witnessed the incident or not. I was so afraid to say anything about what I had seen that I paid and tipped even because I was afraid I would lose my temper completely and the consequences of that were not something I was prepared for. 4 years later and living in another state I still regret taking Rocky to this abusive establishment and how I didn't stand up for him or myself. If you love your animals please do not take them here. These people should not be in contact with animals. Abusive and from other reviews I have read they also are dangerous in their grooming. If you take your dog here I can say that you are risking their lives. I will never allow that type of behavior again and I recommend to avoid this establishment and tell all of your friends also.
I've been taking my puppy to Chez Chienne for grooming and daycare since July 2016 and my Mom has been taking her dog (with special needs) for 12 years now. Debra is a very meticulous and caring individual. She loves dogs and they love her. We wouldn't trust anyone else with the care of our dogs!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVING PETS HERE. Debra was rushing and she cut my dog's throat. I had to rush her to a vet. for emergency surgery. Then to top it off she would only pay 1/2 of the bill. Then I had to wait days before she paid me. And she was rude. She should of paid the entire bill..... That's what the vet. and other groomers told me. PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR PRECIOUS ANIMALS THERE.!!!!!!!
Woooo! Never again Never again! If you truly care for your dog don't take them to this place! Bad hair cut, one paw bloody (yep took her to the vet to be sure it was not serious), and she stunk to the high heavens when I picked her up. I asked why such a poor job and the owner started yelling at me! This goes without saying I left without paying.
