I wouldn't recommend them. Last year they underreported our income (like forgot a zero at the end of one income). We received a letter from the IRS saying we owned almost 4K. When I called their office they blamed us for not reviewing the tax documents before they were filed. Super helpful. I also requested that their office help arrange a payment plan with the IRS and pay for the penalties until the sum was paid off. They never replied to my email. I emailed them recently again requesting a check for the penalties and (once again) they didn't reply to my request. Evidently they aren't great communicators. We should have known not to use them when our (multiple) requests to have them to correct the spelling of our names went unheard (or lack of caring?) when they were working on our taxes initially.
