This Company really cares about their Clients and Caregivers. They try very hard placing good fit people together! Sometimes it doesn't work out very well, and they are quick to fix those situations! They are very flexible with your schedule, especially if you have another job or school schedules they work around.
Everyone on the Home Instead team are wonderful. They are kind and caring, very dependable, and feel like family. The caregivers help me in many ways including making sure I eat and get enough water each day. I feel very grateful and happy to see my Home Instead caregivers every day.
I'm into my third year with Bend Home Instead. Having had experiences with other caregivers, I do recommend Home Instead caregivers as FANTASTIC ... TOP DRAWER. Both of mine were tailored for my special requirements. I feel that they have adopted me as a family member, not that they are just contracted uninterested visitors for a few hours work.
As an employee I have been exceptionally pleased. I have been a nurse for over 40 years and have never witnessed this type of devotion to transparency, compassion and communication.
