I recently needed to have a very complicated surgery and after researching my options in Bend, discovered a profoundly proficient Plastic Surgeon, Dr Vial. His staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and pleasant. Even in this time of Covid, their scheduling and personal customer service is extraordinary. I have been in the medical field for 45 years and have myself worked closely with a plastic surgeon in Newport Beach, California. From the first office visit interaction, I felt reassured and had a wonderful rapport with this brilliant surgeon. His bedside manner and his respect and sensitivity to my need for surgery put me at ease at a time when I was extremely upset. I was able to be booked very quickly even though elective surgeries have been put on hold for many months. The cost was Considerably less than the other two consults I had with plastic surgeons in Bend. The surgery was very complicated and lengthy and yet the doctor was able To perform with confidence, knowledge and experience this very delicate reconstructive surgery. I cannot say enough about this man’s expertise as well as his calm and reassuring rapport. If I ever needed to have surgery again, I would have no one else work on my body.

Dr. Vial is the only surgeon that listened to me during my consultation, had time to answer my questions, inform me about the procedure, risks, and benefits, and ask me questions to make sure we were on the same page. He does wonderful, natural looking work and goes above and beyond for his patients in so many ways! Also works wonders with injectables. I’ll never go anywhere else!

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Vial and his team. Last year I underwent a bi-lateral mastectomy with reconstructive surgery and nipple sparing. This resulted in 3 major surgeries and I was treated with the upmost care with each one. I felt safe and taken care during the entire process. In fact, I wound go so far as saying I felt loved and treated like family. The results are astonishing and I have never felt so confident in my life. Dr. Vial & his staff have been amazing to work with. I was needing a 3rd revision for breast reconstruction due to breast cancer. Dr. Vial and his staff were so caring through the entire process. Unfortunately due to insurance issues my treatment was postponed for several months. Dr. Vial & his staff went the extra mile helping me get insurance approval (a nightmare in itself), staying in touch with me while waiting for insurance to approve, making sure my complications were not getting worse and giving me treatment options while waiting for approval. The care I received prior to and once reconstruction started was some of the best care I have received. Dr. Vial & his staff are so caring and attentive, it doesn't get any better. The reconstruction results are amazing to say the least. If you are going through a breast cancer diagnosis and need a plastic surgeon, I would highly recommend Dr. Vial.
