Came to shop and made an appointment for 2 weeks out - when we returned for appt. they told us they wouldn't do the work until \after things slowed down\. Offered zero alternatives or advise. Cost us time and money, and certainly not a 'service oriented can-do attitude'. Extremely disappointing!!
