Great spin and TRX gym! The equipment was top notch, the place was extremely clean, and the instructors and other clients were very enthusiastic. The owner happened to be there the first day I came through and he was very friendly and gave me a tour of the facility and explained their live power-meter system readout, which you can see on big screen TVs as the class is going on. I absolutely love this evolution of spin classes. I had never been to a place that had one of these before and it is a real game changer. It’s essential if you are serious about your training and need an absolute measure of your output over time. It also adds a fun competitive aspect to the ride ;-) In addition, this place was much more reasonably priced than a lot of the modern “spin in the club” franchises that seem to be popping up everywhere without the cult-like vibe. I will definitely be back.
