This past summer, we were shopping for an HVAC installer to provide and install a AC unit for our home in Central Oregon. I ended up having my garage refrigerator/freezer go a little bonkers on me.. Completely filled with food and a little panicky. Brian came over and assessed the situation in a heartbeat. I was lucky that it was only a frozen coil...so he advised me on what to do next to fix the problem. Simple solution..and this \damsel in distress\ is very appreciative. He will be the first person I will call if I have any problems with any appliances. Thank you Brian.

Answered our call on a nice Saturday when our A/C went out. He was willing to sell us the capacitor we needed for a very fair price, but we opted to have him do the work. Brian came out right away, did an excellent job and our total bill was less than some places quoted us just for the part! Great service and prices.

Brian Larson delivered same day services on 1/13/2017. Originally I was just asking for a fan blade to be installed on my ac/heat pump. Upon further inspection going above and beyond he found the unit was previously wired incorrectly from another company in Bend. He fixed the wiring on the spot and explained everything that he was doing. I have lots of questions and he was very personable and happy to professionally answer everything. Also, my freon was extremely low and causing heat pump to work very poorly. He was the first out of 3 different technicians from other reputable Bend companies to find this issue and offer a resolution on the spot. He pumped up my freon to factory settings and my heat is working better than it's ever been in the 4 years I've owned the house. I couldn't be happier with the service and will be using Brian and recommending him over and over. It was nice to hear an offer to help with my current system instead of hearing you need to replace everything. Thanks again for the stellar work at a very good price - and again same day service! We thank you for warming our house so we aren't miserable all winter :)
