The Gatekeeper

My complaints are with management from the NAPA locations in both Bend and Redmond. I won't be bringing my business to any NAPA store at all again in the future. Another employee that I spoke too is Danita. Who did nothing to improve why or change my mind. Danita only made matters worse. My business will now go to their competitors. Message to brokencc84: There is no medical exception by law required for a business to give to someone. You would lose that lawsuit easily. There is however a pandemic. The mask doesn't effect COPD. So you are either uneducated or dumb. Options: Wear a mask, have someone get what you need for you at the store or order what you need online and have it shipped to you. Don't cause trouble and spread lies.

They had an ok amount of stock on the shelves but, that is about the only thing good to review. Prices were outlandish, service was terrible and... well, that's all I am going to say....

Great big store. Instant confidence once you walk in that they are going go have the part you need! Nice clean aisles and lots of people on staff during my visit to help find what I was looking for. I prefer Napa parts over other stores, I just find they are built better.

I really want to like this store better. I mean, they often have way more parts i need in stock than the other stores in town. Here's the issue, the staff make me feel like I'm an inept bother to them. I can't put my finger on exactly how or why, but it is the feeling I get every time I go in. I've taken to using them as a last resort
