We love our custom made bench from Natural Edge Furniture. It's such a unique statement piece with impeccable craftsmanship and wonderful attention to detail. It's SO beautiful and unusual that guests to our home always compliment it. Mike and Josh are always a pleasure to work with. They handcraft each piece of furniture from tree to slab to finished product right here in our hometown of Bend, Oregon. My husband and I love stopping by the showroom to see all of the new goodies.
I cannot say enough good things about Natural Edge Furniture and the staff. The furniture they create is truly works of art. I started with a pecan coffee table that was in the showroom. Then I had 2 end tables custom made to match. I have the advantage of being local, so with the help of Pat, I picked out the exact slab of wood for my pieces. The final product was beautiful! I went back again, this time I selected black walnut for a pub height table. Once again, perfection! Thanks to everyone at Natural Edge Furniture, and a shout out to Pat, Mallory and Jason- thank you for the awesome service!
I was treated at Natural Edge Furniture like one of the family. My husband and I just finished building our house. And in the process met some not so customer friendly people. From the moment I walked in I clicked with Mallory! She was warm, welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I was not exactly sure what I wanted. Mike and Mallory were patient with me and guided me through the entire process. I tell everybody I know about this wonderful place not only because of the amazing table they made me but because of the outstanding customer service that was provided! They are TOP NOTCH!! I am ready for them to make me my dream dining room table!
When we moved into our new home, we had an empty area that needed a statement piece to fill it. Mike and his team came out to the house, took a look at the space, and knew exactly which piece of wood could fill it. We could not have been any happier with the finished product. It is the first thing that everyone comments on when they walk through our door. We loved it so much that we bought another table and a black walnut bed and night stands. Since then, we have sent others their way for some other really cool projects. They are up for the challenge and have many ready made pieces as well.
