Larry is the man!!!! Larry Russell helped us out while we were buying our daughter her first car. He was amazing! He is very personable and easy to talk to. How to I even begin on how excellent our experience was with your team!!!!! For months my family and I have been looking for a bigger vehicle for our growing family. Mark Philbrook and I had been in touch about our tough situation but understood our needs. 6 months later the stars must of aligned for a better way of saying it. My wife and I decided to take a peak at a 2020 Ford Transit Connect and I decided to get with mark. We found our new vehicle that night and left amazed GM Steve and Joe F&I and Mark sales made it happened. I have worked within for sales myself and this experience is truly professional and outstanding. Their process was great from start to finish and we were left with a more the outstanding experience. Ben Enyart was extremely helpful with getting my wife and I behind the wheel of many vehicles that we were contemplating as our next, and helped us quickly rule out those that wouldn’t work for us. As we narrowed it down, he continued to guide us in our choices, and gave us many options that helped narrow our search. When we finally were able to decide, he was extremely helpful with pricing and the like. My wife and I had been looking for months for a “new” Land Cruiser, and we found the perfect car at Robberson Used Cars. Our sales rep was David, who was great. We live in the Bay Area, so it was a bit more complex of a purchase, but David was great. He was communicative, organized and thorough. The day of the sale was easy and the car was exactly how he described. All good. Absolutely worth the 9 hour drive for the selection and service.
