Rods Auto Detailing is amazing. I brought in my work truck which looked tens years old and when my truck left Rods it looked BRAND NEW!!! I love this place. Great Service and very polite. Horrible..... Paid for the exterior Super Detail. Bugs were left on the front bumper and grill, they tracked grease onto my drivers side Mat. Water spots on the side windows, side view mirrors were not cleaned. Front windshield was Not Cleaned. Tires were not done correctly. What did they REALLY Do for the fee. Asked for 1/2 of my 204 back. They refused!!! Customers "BE WARE of SHAMS!!!!"
Very poor service. paid over 300 dollars for a detail. They left wax all over my vehicle. Had them come out and redo. No apologizes at all. The guys we are blaming someone else. The owner walked right by while this was happening and no comment at all. They also stole a red U.S.B. drive out of a plug in my glove box. I did go back the next day and the person in the office said it was never there. which is a lie because I was listen to music from it when I dropped off the car. this place is a very poor business here in Bend. Go some place else. Try Red carpet car wash they are a better place to do business. 5-3-2016 visit date
Great job on the cleaning, sadly it didnt kill the smell i have in my car and they were willing to redo the job free of charge and suggested I get an ozone machine to get rid of the mice urine. Going back with the ozone machine. They dont need to clean the car again, its still so freakin clean!
I took my car in for a wax/buff and had my husband pick up the car for me while i was at work. Exterior was great except the windshield had what looked like a grainy sharp feeling residue on it. I ran it through a car wash several times to remedy the problem myself which didn't help. It's impossible to see out the windshield when the sun is shining on it. They never returned my calls asking to bring the car back. I finally just drove down there to see if they could clean it with acid or something and was told by an employee that they've had several complaints about the same thing with other clients and that it is the water spot remover they use....seemed maybe that they used an old buffer or something that scratched the entire windshield. After being directed to Dave "the guy in charge" Dave told to go file a claim with my insurance company for a new windshield and that I had clearly damaged my own vehicle with my windshield wipers. They refuse to take responsibility for the damage, refused to refund my money for the wax, told me to pay for a new windshield and then turned around and walked away when I said that was unacceptable. Not the way to handle business in Bend. I've blasted them on Facebook, I'm sending a letter to the owner, Michael Palitz who I found online and I'm giving him a chance to rectify the situation before I file a claim with the Better Business Bureau.

These guys lost valuable items that were supposed to stay in my car like the wheels lug-lock & my registration. They did NOTHING to reimburse me for their costly mistake, they didn't even applogize. The owner as well as it's employees are UNPROFESSIONAL SCUMBAGS!!!!! 1/29/2016
