I called in today and the lady was giving all these different prices she didn't know what she was doing at all. How unprofessional. Good luck with these people if they can't answer questions on the phone about how much things are. Imagine when u get there and your bill is not what you expected

Dr. Villano's entire staff is extraordinary, they are dedicated to professional excellence and providing supreme customer service to all who walk through their door. Very clean and beautiful office with such a kind and welcoming staff. From the women that work at his front desk, to Sydney his patient coordinator, and all the way to his surgical team, you are guaranteed an amazing experience. Dr Villano performed a beautiful & natural rhinoplasty on me. His attention to detail is exquisite and he truly knew what would look best with my facial features. I am more than satisfied with my results and I am glad that I went to Dr. Villano for my surgery. This was the best decision of my life. I'm beyond satisfied. The results were spectacular and went above and beyond what I thought possible. I highly recommend Dr. Villano to all my friends and family.

5 stars for welcoming environment and staff. I dropped in asking about ZO products and received a thorough explanation of the items I was interested in, advised on others I’d not thought of, and allowed to test the feel of several of the ZO products which really helped. I, like many others, am tired of buying products and then not allowed to bring them back or it’s a hassle to do so. This office made it clear they would exchange, refund etc until I was dialed in with what worked for me. I’m sold. Thank you for your time.

After a couple years of considering injections (lip filler and Botox) I was reluctant and nervous when it came to choosing where and who was going to do them. It was my first time getting fillers and Botox. I called around Bend and had a few consultations but, no one made me feel as comfortable and safe as Alyssa Abbey did during my consultation. After a wonderful consultation with PA-C Alyssa Abbey I made the decision to move forward. I arrived the day of my appointment and the young lady at the front desk had excellent customer service skills and was very nice, I was already feeling more at ease. My anxiety was high when I walked back for my injections but, soon subsided after Alyssa’s confidence and reassurance made me feel safe and in great hands. I left with NO side effects! I was amazed at how comfortable and painless the lip fillers and Botox were. I had a fast heal and I’m very happy with my results, Alyssa did an amazing job and I will be a returning again.
