She quickly answered all of my questions and provided additional helpful information that I didn’t know to ask. She took my order over the phone and made the process extremely easy. I can’t wait to receive my LP-60 and look forward to calling her again soon to order a 4-post! Highly recommend!!!

I'm glad I chose BendPak for my home garage lift. I ordered the XPR-9S from Robert at BendPak whom was informative and answered all my questions between my options of two post lifts. I utilized their recommended installers and the install went smoothly from delivery until test lift. Happy with my two post lift and will look into a 4 post lift to stack vehicles in the future!

This place is a total joke. I ordered 7 triple stacker lifts for 80k and received 1 on time. The rest never showed and 3 months later BendPak tells me they can’t fill my order. It was like pulling teeth to get my money back and return the 1 lift I received. After about 40 phone calls and emails I left for several people at the company, I did not get a response until I disputed my credit card charge. Go figure!! Only after they realized they were in a losing battle that they agreed to refund me back the 1 lift I actually received, but for about a month they were trying to charge me a 20% restocking fee. There are many similar products as BendPak out there and most have much better customer service. This was a complete joke from the start dealing with them until it started to cost me some very unfunny financial damages from the wasted 6 months I dealt with them while trying to set up my new shop where I really needed the lifts. I purchased a Parkmatic triple stacker instead and is a far superior product for almost the same money. Save yourself a headache and buy from anyone else but BendPak

Streets Ahead

Amazingly terrible company. I had a 2 post lift from them that was a little under 2 years old, and it failed. An arm actually bent! Thank goodness nobody was under the vehicle when it happened or someone could have been killed. Contacted Bendpak, and they refused to do anything. I posted a review on the web site where I purchased it (Summit Racing), and it must have gotten their attention because somebody else from the company contacted me. But that person was not helpful, and actually got mad at me for filing the complaint. They acted like I had made their lift harder or something. So nothing ever got done, I was out the 4000 bucks, and Bendpak still has made zero effort to make it right.
