Iceland offers next day delivery. Ordered Saturday morning - no slots till 1700-2100 Monday. Received message stating problems. Replied stating now run out of milk & bread. Received email 13.15 no delivery. Website won't let me book slot till Thursday 1700-2100! Can't be snow related as roads clear in Hadleigh?

Usually very good but failed to deliver last night and promised this morning first thing - didn't happen! Now almost midday and after querying twice politely had the phone put down on me. The very worst thing you can do to a customer who has a legitimate case to pursue.

Disgusting service - At 6.25 on Saturday I arrived at the Iceland store in Hadleigh to find it closed. I along with 2 other customers spoke to a female member of staff ( through the store window) explaining the closing time is advertised on line as 7pm. She told us the closing time had been changed ! The closing time is still being advertised as 7pm

This is our 2nd online order from Iceland Hadleigh, the 1st order arrived 30 mins early in an unmarked refrigerated van, luckily I was already home. The 2nd order didn't arrive at all. I checked our bank account and the money for the shopping had been withdrawn so I have no idea why the shopping didn't arrive? After a lengthy wait on the phone I finally got through to someone at head office who explained that she would try and phone the store on my behalf. 15 mins later she returns to tell me they're not answering their phones? She had no idea why the shopping hadn't arrived and wasn't sure if it might arrive later or just not at all? No offer of a refund so I'll obviously have to call back and waste another 55 minutes of my life. What kind of a service is this, disgraceful!!! Definitely will NOT be using Iceland again and certainly wouldn't recommend them. AVOID, they're waste of time. Update; Shopping arrived at 8.30 pm, 6-8 hours after chosen delivery slot and while I was out. I spoke to the delivery guy through our doorbell and requested he leave it in the porch as I would be home shortly, he agreed he would do that. We finally got our shopping and also someone else's. Honestly Iceland are useless!!
