Excellent service from start to finish. I dealt with a number of different staff during the process of selecting, ordering and fitting my new fireplace and found them all very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I never felt like I was being oversold, quite the opposite in fact and I am very pleased with the combination I eventually selected. Highly recommended.

I have brought three fireplaces in total from Victoria House Fireplaces...one in our old house and two in our new. The service is second to none...we were not rushed in any way over our decisions and we were given so many options to help us achieve our desired looks in each room. The fitting service is very professional and the finish was perfect....one of our fireplaces was extremely heavy limestone and came in many parts but it was assembled perfectly and each seam became a feature of the fireplace! I cannot recommend VHF enough and we looked at so many places before finding VHF and haven’t been anywhere else since!

We had a beautiful fireplace surround & dimplex fire fitted in our lounge 4 years ago. It’s the centrepiece of our lounge and receives so many compliments. Victoria House fireplaces were so helpful in choosing, delivering & fitting the fire, surround & hearth for us into a room which had never had a fireplace/chimney before. 4 years on the part of the fire which produces the steam has stopped working (just before Christmas!) and Victoria House fireplaces did not hesitate to do everything they could to get a replacement part for us from the manufacturer in time for Christmas. Testing that this was indeed the issue before ordering the replacement part. Amazing service & great communication to keep me updated throughout. I would highly recommend these guys, especially Matthew who has gone out of his way to help me! Thank you!

Got a log burning stove and fireplace from here, fantastic customer service from start to finish! Prices cheapest around and fitting was also excellent! Don't look anywhere else.... These guys are top notch.
