Worst experience faced because after checking the mobile through online check points , our mobile value was 2741 rupees. They had checked our mobile and informing that scratches in the back panel so the final price was 2478. But in the check list last points clearly shows that Physical Conditions : Flawless . like new.no scratches or marks at all. I had keep on following up and finally the price was fixed as 2600.

Overall good experience selling my used iphone. Got quote online through their website. Quote was much higher that other such websites. Placed the order. The pick up was smooth. There was a bit delay in confirming the receipt of item in their office and it caused some worry. Even though they gave a reduced price than the quote, overall the process was smooth. The money was credited on the third day of confirming the re-quote. My suggestion is , it would be better if they give a call and confirm the receipt of the item so as to reduce the worries of the selling customer.
