Onam Sadhya was supposed to be served but here, even during corona pandemic, they decided to go buffet ( which they didn't inform over phone). And to make matters worse, they had the guts to charge 850 for a cold, imprudent, average or below average food. When enquired about buffet during corona times, they have lame excuse of being understaffed. Making money is important but not at the cost of safety & hygiene. Very bad customer service.. Avoid this place for your personal safety and wasting your heard earned money.

I took onam sadya parcel from this place. I paid 950 rupees for one sadya and it was not even worth 250 rupees. These people are just monetizing on every malayalees feelings for authentic food. The curries were very basic, sambar was watery. Didn't give any papadam. One payasam was good and the other was pathetic. Overall experience, feel cheated !

The onam food was very bad. Not at all good in any department. When enquired online they informed it was 950 per head for delivery . And when we went to pick up they surprisingly increased it to Rs1050. Very bad service and bad and arrogant behaviour while delivery. If you are unable to deliver the promised you should not do this favour to us or any other customer.

This is a great place to hang out with family, friends, or if you happen to be on a date. Ambience is awesome and the folks who work here are inviting and friendly. Food tastes amazing, and the alcohol is surprisingly affordable. Can’t find any legitimate reason to whine. Recommend it for sure.

Ordered Onam sadya paying 950 rs to get just 7 items including rice. When you dunzo they think they can fool you by just doing this as you are not personally around. Big time money making out of this!

Amazing kerala food, Ambience and friendly staff. Tried out appam and chicks stew. The taste was spectacular. The wait was a bit long. The service is good but can be improved slightly in terms of attending customers. Highly recommended.

The restaurant is CLOSED and online it shows as open. We went yesterday for lunch and the shopkeeper on the ground floor informed us. A request to the owner: pls update here about timings as it was so upsetting to not eat what we planned for and look for another restaurant..:(

It is an amazing restaurant! Simplicity to its best! The decor is pure and beautiful! The food is authentic and genuine deliciousness. Loved everything there. Couldn't click many food pics. Non veg starters with chicken are very few. Biryani, Kerala style. The one thing you should definitely take.
