Excellent service from all the staffs. All the staffs were very courteous, professional and friendly. Doctors made sure that we understood how they were going to proceed with the treatment, explained it very well and very thoroughly. The nurses were very responsive and attentive. The hospital is very hygienic. Overall the experience was very hassle free as everything was very well managed and organized. The staffs assisted in all matters related to the stay and were very helpful during the entire medical trip. Enjoyed the local food served at the hospital cafeteria. The management ensured that we were comfortable and were very open to suggestions.

I love this hospital They have the most sweet staff in whole Bangalore, I have visited many hospital but this is my favorite They are so helpful and corporated, (rajita, cheatna, fasanta, bratiba, bhavya ) the sweets girls ever I'm dr sneha patient, she is my angle and made my dream come true, I'm finally pregnant , she's so understanding and will do everything it takes to make her patient happy with the results. The only thing I dislike the prices , although they corporate with us price but still very expensive especially for international patients . All the doctors are amazing and honest, Dr pramood, Dr shakuntala , Dr suntia I advise this hospital for everybody العرب إذا ميزانيتك ضعيفة لا تدخل هذي المستشفى لأنه الأسعار غالية جداً للاجانب بس إذا مقتدر أنصحك فيها

I took my time out here just to appreciate the work of this NU Hospital in the form of giving feedback for the covid vaccination drive. Last week I reserved a slot for myself at this hospital and I successfully got vaccinated. Right from entering the hospital until my exit all the staffs were kind and service oriented with all precautionary measures towards the patient. The team took me to an vaccination room which was isolated and I was vaccinated. Soon after the vaccination they asked me to rest and monitored me with an eagle eye for the next half an hour just to make sure that I am good. The team especially Mr Subramanya was very kind, understanding and helpful to my every need throughout my stay. Thank you NU hospital and keep up your good work.

We had an amazing experience at nu hospital (west) Bangalore. Doctors, laboratory staffs, front office staffs to cleaning staffs made us feel welcome in the place. Doctors made sure that we understood every procedure they are going to do before they do it and explained everything till we understand. Front office staffs are real gems, they have shown nothing but welcoming smiles throughout our visit. Thank you for the excellent service

Had a great experience at this hospital. We had gone for the COVID vaccination and the staff are very courteous and friendly. They coordinate very well and handle the operations very smoothly. We had a very good experience overall.

violators beware

Covid 19 vaccination drive is slowly taking off. Slower than usual. Many covid centers are providing refreshments not only to patients but to attendants also. Unfortunately this center is charging even patients. Uniform procedure should be dictated by the govt which may encourage the drive
