After a long break of 6 months we stepped out yesterday to have lunch at the Light house restaurant as we had heard ppl raving about food here... N we were not disappointed. Prathiksha Nayak, you are a wonderful host, your recommendations on food was spot-on...we thoroughly enjoyed each dish.. I must mention lady fish tava fry..it was so good that we had to repeat order it, the ghee roast is nice, n light..the shahi tukda was amazing, so was the stuffed mushrooms. Prawn butter garlic was finger licking good.. ambience is also nice..the place is so good that you can click some amazing photos..so be sure to dress up when you visit this place.. highly recommend this place for coastal food, Mangalorean style food lovers..

Great place, great ambience, yummy food and very warm owner. Chanced upon this restaurant 2 years ago and this has been a favorite go-to place since then. From the decor to the food to the ambience everything is too good and what takes it a notch higher is the personal touch of the owner- she visits every table multiple times to ensure we are always at ease, recommending yummy dishes and ensures that we have a great dining experience. The food is so yummy and everytime we visit the place there is a different dish- both veg and non-veg- to be relished and it all tastes yummy. Must visit place

I would like to start off by saying that the staff and the management is the best you could ask for. They take personal care of every dish you order and the "food" is just amazing... It tastes so good and it's really hygienic and clean. Loved the place. Fantastic experience. Keep the place this way. Loved it.

Great place to have authentic seafood in Bengaluru. The restaurant is famous for its Mangalorean cusine. The menu is complete with exotic items like crabs, shell fish and other fresh water and sea fishes. Great ambiance complemented by prompt service. The budget ranges from moderate to high. The seafood platter costed Rs3000! But it was worth it. Table for two would easily cost you between 1500-2000. Even though its on a pricey side , your taste buds would be tantalized for sure!! P.s. we traveled from HSR LAYOUT to have food at this place!!

A cozy place to have dinner , good ambience,clean and well maintained place even though the place Is a bit small,can be managed for the group of 8 to 10 people at a time. The reason I'm giving 4 stars but not 5 because of the waiting time it is way higher than we think and also was disappointed with the mutton chops biriyani,because the biriyani provided to us was lacking masala as well as flesh because the chops in the biriyani was almost only bone there was no flesh at all. Please look after it. Otherwise every thing you have suggested us was really good.

Always a lovely experience, sea food is my personal favourite and I always remember The Lighthouse when I crave for seafood. Crab ghee roast, prawn ghee roast is love along with Appam.

The restaurant is above Shiva Sagar Express but we never visited this place. However today out of the bloom we payed our visit and it was...... Elegant ambience, courteous staff, quick service and great food. We had ordered watermelon juice, spring roll, Paneer Ghee roast, neer dosa , plain kori roti with veg gassi. We enjoyed eating Paneer ghee roast, spring roll. Even plain Kori roti with veg gassi was good.
