SHARING ONE OF MY FRIENDS EXPERIENCE We went this store for an executive shoe, the shop keepers was very good at selling products and offering warranty terms. They were saying the low price was because the products are from their own factory, all the products are export quality. The sold a brown shoe with 6 months warranty.. first month the shoe was fine after that it had gumming issues, sole was getting peeled out. We took it there they offered with service saying the damage was minor. After 4 days they returned with extra gum, which had spoiled the shape and look of the shoe. They promised if any damage again they will replace. The next month itgot cracked sole. They promised replacement and took 1 week. The new shoe had the sole gumming issue from day 1... They are not doing anything other than repairing and spoiling it again... Fed up with this people and their products....
