#letsguide Oticon' People First! Their approach to patients during the first visit is very professional and courteous. However, from second visit after the purchase of hearing aid, their attitude is noticed different. Looks like they just want to sell Oticon machines, but not bothered about service after sales or follow up consultancy. Writting to Oticon India HQ at Mumbai or Asia Pacific HQ, yielded no response. We have purchased an hearing aid on 15 the December, 2017 from you Whisper Hearing Aids & Speech Clinic, Jayanagar, Bengaluru. Model :INO Mini Rite SNo: 47806502 (L) / 47806397 (R) But the machine is not effective and this being purchased purely on recommendation from the Audiologist though it was costly. The tagline doesn't suits to your business ethics!
