I had ordered a supplement from them and the customer call centre is extremely pathetic with their service. Since these were urgent for my mother, I requested them that I would pick up from their office. They have a very weird policy that they cannot share their office location. I even offered to not enter their office but would pick it outside their office. But the manager refused to do so. It raises serious questions when you hesitate to share your location. Request the higher authorities to look into this matter. I have to wait till 2 days now to receive it. Extremely unhappy with their service.
