Great experience with Benham & Reeves. Found a wonderful flat with a view of Canary Wharf at an excellent price. Tan, the agent was very helpful throughout the entire process. Always there to answer any questions and checking up with the other members of the team to ensure everything ran smoothly. Would definitely recommend/use again (if I EVER leave this flat ha)

I left a positive review for Benham & Reeves Surrey Quays two years ago due to the way the team helped out when I first became a tenant in a flat they managed. I particularly mentioned Maria for her helpfulness back then. This review is two years later, and Maria has continued to be stellar throughout. Whenever we had any issues at all, she was always friendly, helpful and responsive. Most recently I had some issues that I was dealing with of an urgent nature that required paperwork from the agency. Maria as always handled my request with care and attention, and made sure the entire process was as smooth as possible. Her help reflects positively on the agency, and I happily leave another 5 stars review.

Wonderful service! I made an enquiry on a day before Christmas Eve and the service I received was second to none. Jeffery helped me find a property 10x better than the one I originally enquired about. He was very responsive and helpful as this was my first time moving out of my parent’s house. The whole process was fast and efficient. I have no complaints and I’m happy with my apartment.
