Our dog loved that place. Not only she got some new 5kg bag of food, she also could try sever different types and tastes. Now with the new food she eats slower and has to chew. She's really happy about it and we too!

I was first attracted to Luposan because of the food quality and things like no preservatives. I have been buying their food direct from the warehouse for my 6 dogs for 2 years now. But last Saturday I purchased our usual bag and by Wednesday noticed that my dogs were not feeling well. When I looked closer at the food I saw that much of it was mouldy. I brought the food back and when I told the worker my concern he said 'it's only mould'. He offered me a new bag- but my concern was that if my bag had mould- the other in the same lot would surely have mould too. But they didn't want to check. I was disappointed at their lack of concern for the issue.

Über Lieferungen kann ich nichts sagen. Wir waren vor Ort, und sind direkt wieder aus der großen Halle gejagt worden. Der Verkaufsraum für Abholer war klein, und es gab nur einen Verkäufer, der aber gerade im Kundengespräch war. Die Auswahl (insbesondere für unsere Katze) war bescheiden, und so sind wir dann direkt wieder gefahren. Ich kann daher nichts über die Qualität des Futters sagen, aber ich denke, dass man bei dieser Größe der Halle einen kundenfreundlicheren Bereich hätte gestalten können.
Recomendable 100X100. Trato inmejorable por parte de Raúl, preocupándose por sus clientes y ofreciendo grandes soluciones. Da gusto poder contar con gente así. Plazos de entrega muy rápidos. Piensos de calidad suprema. Todo fenomenal.
