We have been coming to the Benidorm area for around 15 years, staying with family inland about 12km away. Finally moved over in late 2020 and this was on my list of 'to do'. So in lockdown we drove up one thursday and what a drive. At the top there is just a little turn around, so you will have to park on the road. But the views are magic, who cares if most of it is Benidorm, from the top its all spread out below you. The cross is a little difficult to reach as the path is quite worn. Would I go again? Yes and I'd pick a stormy day as well.

Stunning views of the 2 Benidorm beaches! Parking is very limited and most cars are parked along the road. So drive up slowly. Also the steps to the top of the Cross are badly worn, so wear good shoes.
Beautiful view on Benidorm. It can also reached by car.
You can easily drive to the top by car, scooter or bike. Only a few last steps to do until you reach the cross. Even when you don't want to walk up to where there cross is, there is an incredible view from the parking. My father has got a bad knee but still made it up. It's a small unsteady path. At night its very dark so its recommended to bring flash lights or a charged phone with one. Really loved this place! Young adults come here to chill. It's a very quiet place above a busy city. There are not a lot of tourists now due to covid, but I can imagine it could be very full of cars during high season.. Could be you need to park on the side of the road up then. Just go!
worth the taxi up, or the dander, steep but best views of benidorm
