I am on this bus right now, been sat in the airport for 1 half hours waiting for other flights to land... not happy at all

We were dropped off near our hotel, the bad mood driver got us off the bus and never told us the direction to walk to the hotel, yep we walked the wrong way! Coming back at the airport this other driver parked away from the kerb and I fell and have hurt my knee badly, I will never use this service again, nor will my friends and family, costabus your drivers need some training in dealing with human beings.
