Great place to stay ideal location. We stayed here last week. Jaun met us even though it was early hours of the morning nothing was too much trouble and he spent time showing us the apartment and how things worked. There is a hill but Juan directed us to the beach via less of an incline. The palm beach hotel opposite have a shuttle service to the beach so you don't even need to walk. We had use of the facilities at the palm beach hotel as the pool at our complex was closed for the season. Jaun was contactable whenever we needed him via WhatsApp which was great he told us bus times etc. Nothing was to much trouble and he he gave us great advice on eating out. When we left at 3 am Jaun met us to give us back our deposit on exchange for the keys. We had such a lovely time and Juan was such a great and helpful host we have booked again already for next summer. ️

Never ever again! Be carful where you stay you might get an compleat a*se hole like the c*nt who owns a few of these apartments. There is NO gym NO bar NO cleaners and the pool isn't open till 11am.The washing machine apsaloutly stinks and it ruined nearly all my family's clothes. Not worth the hassle staying here. You have to walk up the longest hill on this planet to get to this place. It's like staying in a hostel with a big lovely pool that you don't want to go in. All the Spanish rule the pool so there's no point even trying to get in it and if you do you will be racially abused by the staff/life gaurd and the people round the pool. I paid a lot of money to stay here and believe me NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! You can keep that 60 deposit Juan as you will be needing it Racists !!!!!

Piso 25 vistas espectaculares Apartamento muy bonito y moderno pero le hacía falta limpieza bastante,camas incomodisimas y hacen mucho ruido cada vez que te mueves,Aires con ruido en las habitaciones, pillemos las piscinas cerradas por un covid,por lo demás muy bien productos de limpieza, accesorios de cocina y Natalia la propietario muy atenta.
Urbanización situada en la parte alta del rincón de loix, en Benidorm. Dispone de piscina de adultos y de niños, pista de tenis, pista polideportivos y gimnasio. También tienen servicio de portería durante todo el año. Muy aconsejable si quieres alquilar durante el periodo vacacional.
