This company trades as shuttledirect, BEWARE WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY, They take your money, confirm pick up time and won't show up, won't refund! Thieves! They will basically claim that the contract is between you and the bus company, as they are only brokers, therefore, will need to investigate the matter, then will ignore you for weeks, you will need to keep following up, then they will claim that the bus driver was at the pick up point on time WHICH IS A LIE, and therefore won't refund lol it is a SCAM.

I booked this company for airport transfer for eight of us from Barcelona airport to our hotel. Flight landed on time but custom lines were very long and slow. We finally get to there representative and we were told there were no more shuttles available. I couldn’t believe, we were very tired from overnight flight. She was very rude and turned away. I finally got her attention again and told her we had prepaid. She said you have to take that up with the office and turned away again. We finally ended up getting taxis. I have been trying to get my refund for three months. They denied refund to Expedia. I then contacted American Express and just found out they denied it again. The reason, I didn’t ancestors in time. WHAT, are they kidding me. Horrible service and company. I wish I checked them out but since I booked through Expedia I thought they would be fine. Expedia didn’t care either
Do NOT use this company!!!! Stay well clear of them !!!!!! They'll leave you stranded. They don't answer emails nor phone calls. They are super keen on taking your money but after that you are dropped. Staff blag you off until you give up - but trust me, I'm not giving up!!!! I will go to the offices in Benidorm and collect the money for the taxi fare after leaving me stranded. I am a single woman travelling on my own.The stress this company causes without a care in the world is unbelievable.
DO NOT use this service! Awful experience - organized a shuttle at 4 am in the middle of Italian coast. They never came and finally called 45 minutes later saying they were coming - i was already in a taxi that ended up ripping me off. They havent refunded anything and claim they need a month to investigate. Its ridiculous. There customer service is also awful adn they just hang up on you. They have awful Spanish accents and can barely speak spanish.
As soon as we got into the car the driver took the voucher and queried our destination, he fumbled about with his mobile phone and sat nav going up the motorway( which really unnerved us as passengers) to ascertain the price differential with his boss. Eventually I was given the mobile to speak to some one in the office who informed me there would be a charge of 30 euros extra per journey i.e. 60 euros extra in total for a combined journey of 15 miles from Perpignan to Canet return (in comparison the return bus journey from Canet to Perpignan is 2.10 euros). Despite the fact that my destination was the hotel (which is in Canet) and not Perpignan in general did not matter because Perpignan,in their estimation was the destination not the hotel. Consequently they have my 60 euros which they categorically refuse to refund. I will never use this company again and would urge others not to unless there is no other alternative. In short disappointed and disgusted with service (and 60 euros poorer for the experience). 1 star awarded for the car!!
