If you love your pet.. Do not bring it here.. My cat was not well with urine infection so brought him in on a bank holiday Weekend. He was there 3 and a half days and I was charged 300 euros. They also charged 22 euros for food that is 9.50 online. My cat came back with his half his body and back legs soaked in urine and basically hardly any better than when he went in.. They said they would update me each afternoon but did not call me once to let me know what was happening, I had to call late every evening when it became clear they weren't going to bother. Had I not shown up at the vets on the 4th day, I am certain they would have just kept him there locked up and stressed out to make more money. My sister had a cat die while in their care a few years ago and again.. Noone working there bothered to phone either. We gave them the benefit of the doubt once but never again.

I would not go anywhere else. I have A dog and 3 cats and have always had great attention and advice for them. The staff are just great and my animals are relaxed in their company which speaks volumes for my fur babies
