Installed in just over 3hours. Good solid work, friendly, skillful, cleaning up as they went along. Non-Fining house fixing points random so a job well done, hardly any damage, filled and watertight. Sound reduction to zero and improved heat reduction. 2nd decent job done.

Conservatory windows and roof replaced by Bennbrook in December 2019. The work was carried out despite pouring rain with a tarpaulin up to try and prevent water getting in to the house. Unfortunately, large puddles formed on our real wood flooring, which begun breaking up a couple of weeks later. After weeks of searching, Bennbrook acknowledged that the flooring is no longer available. They offered to replace the damaged area with a different flooring which would not have matched the rest of the room. We refused this offer as unsatisfactory. In April, we asked Bennbrook for their liability insurers details, but they did not provide them claiming that they would contact us after lockdown. The company reopened on June 1st but no contact was received. In early July we offered them one last chance to settle this matter without the need for formal action. No response was received and we are now in the process of submitting a claim to the small claims court. My advice, use another company.
