Excellent experience as a first time customer. Front desk staff and Dr. Rondeau were friendly and informative. I left feeling much more knowledgeable about my eyes, health, and purchasing the right glasses for my needs. Strongly recommended!

I brought my Mom's glasses in for repair (she's currently a resident at a nursing home). Not only did the woman in the eye glass department fix Mom's glasses for nothing; she also gave me a case to keep them in! Mom just called..........they fit perfectly!! Thank you, Bennett Eyecare!

The doctor I see is great but each time I come I have to wait an absurd amount of time. Each time (3 times in the last month) I waited anywhere from 30-45 minutes. Besides the wait I have no complaints. I highly recommend reorganizing how many patients you take at a time or utilize a better time management system. Every time I come I also hear people who walk up to the front desk with the same complaints about the wait time.
