Altho doctor Parrott was really sweet and to the point, some of the worst treatment from the 2 receptionist. Walking in the door she gave my son (10) a dirty look as he stopped to ask if I had his phone which he had to set down to sanitize his hands... Before getting impatient and ripping my covid forms from my hands. Tried to explain that my son was on my exes medical aid but she wouldn't give me a chance to talk then bombarded me with questions that I couldn't answer about my ex and gave me dirty looks because I did not know his area code. What an awful experience I will definitely not be going back there again just because the reception is completely rude and u professional with the bedside manner of a cockroach. Totally doesn't make you feel like you're in a caring medical facility.

I really like Dr. Smallberger. She is just amazing. And she has a healing personality! However I would recomend getting an alternative contact number as I can mever seem to get through on the number given on google.

The Drs are very good. However the receptionists often talk about other patients at the front desk where others can hear. I took my mother today who has been unwell for four days and the receptionists not realising I was with my mother (who was in with the Dr ) were being unkind and talking about how 'there is nothing wrong with her'. I have on many occasions waited for over an hour and a half for a booked appointment and never complained because we all know things happen and appreciate that Dr need to accomodation emergencies so it is very disappointing that the receptionists feel they have the right to be unkind and derogatory. It is very much like watching a clique of nasty high school girls except they are grown women of 50yrs plus. We have been with these Drs since before I was born so at least 30 years.

What more can I say other than that even though I have lived in Joburg for the past 25 years my family and I still travel to Benoni to this practice!

Been a patient of Dr Croeser for over 10 years now, staff always willing to go the extra mile and Croeser is the most pleasant Dr I have ever come across and always willing to have a proper chat.
