We broke down late on Friday afternoon after a long journey from KZN and still not at our destination, in a place totally foreign to us. With no one to help, we resorted to google and found Renault Joy’s number. We called them at 4:55pm. Joey answered and was very helpful. He sent out his technician, Edward, who we could immediately see was a Renault expert as he looked over the engine. He found the problem within minutes, fixed it and had us back on the road within about 20 minutes. We were overjoyed! Joey even called me to make sure we were all sorted out and safe. I cannot recommend this business highly enough. Thanks to this efficient and professional team, we and our children reached our destination that day and returned home safely two days later. We are very grateful. God bless you abundantly.
