I stayed there from Nov. 19 thru April 20. I had a great time. the neighbors were friendly, the staff was great. got reservations again this year from nov thru april. Great rates, don't know how the virus will affect things this year but it don't matter. I'm gonna have fun anyway.

Just overnight stay. People near by were very nice. Mike, the manager, accommodating with my arrival time. Will go back when in area again. Thx, Mike.

Friendly, Peaceful and Quiet! I know this campground has had some issues in the past but my first opinion was that the road in the park is well maintained and although the clubhouse area is not the cleanest it is well maintained. The pool and hot tub are AMAZING!!! All the tenants are so friendly and treated me like family as soon as we pulled in. They have different activities at the clubhouse every day; bingo, dinner pot lucks, breakfasts banquets, movie night, etc. they have a huge campfire ring with lots of wood and chairs to relax in. The only reason why I give them 4 out of 5 stars is because the maintenance is not so quick to repair the ground. There are low spots that collect water and they put sand in it but campers have to drive into those areas to get in and out of their spots and he takes his time getting around to leveling the ruts. The windows in the clubhouse building could use a good cleaning. Also I’m disabled and have to use a walker to get around and there’s no sidewalks leading up to the clubhouse or pool area. Minor items on my wishlist as I can push my walker over the grass, just a little slower. I was also a little disappointed that the manager had put someone else in the spot my husband requested last year just weeks before we were able to get down here making it difficult for me to make a run area for my dog. If it’s a first come first serve this I get it. But per the verbal agreement I did have my hopes up for a wooded side lot. Again, minor issue as there are still trees where I’m at. Just not as private and trees are shared with neighbors. Friendly, respectful and quiet neighbors. Overall I’m really enjoying myself and plan to come back again next winter.
