Placed a large order of pretzel bites and pretzel dogs for a staff fun event and everything was delicious. Stephanie was very helpful and pleasant to work with. This was my first try at Ben's Pretzels and I will definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone with a love for pretzels!

This is a great store. I highly recommend. It is inside the Meijer store.
Soft pretzels. What more do I have to say? They're always fresh and with all the different varieties, dipping sauces, and seasonings you can have a different pretzel experience each time you visit.
The pretzels are DELICIOUS - better than Auntie Anne's! - and I got a free one because it was their opening day at the Jenison Meijer. Workers were so kind and speedy. Highly recommend.
Just tried their pretzels and they were great!!!
I waited half an hour during my lunch break for a pretzel. Asked for a dipping sauce, which was crusted over like it was old. I ordered my pretzel walked around for ten minutes to find out she never even started to make it. It was very disappointing.

I love this place!!!! By far the best soft pretzels ive ever had! The big, soft, and soooo tasty!!! The staff is quite nice too! I will eat here again and again and again! :-) yummmm
