. I have never had a bad experience.things are always clean and fresh. And my children love the pretzels as well. And I love that they offer Samples. And the coupons I love it when they are giving them out. Two pretzels for 5 dollars that’s a steal.

I waited for a bacon and cheese and 2 jalapeño and cheese, I didn't mind waiting, my problem was when I pulled out the pretzels they had very very little cheese on them. I called and employee apologized and said the cheese melts right off the pretzel...

Me and my boyfriend were looking at the food already made in the display case there was a long hair about 4 inches hanging down from the top rack in the display case I told the girl that was working there (she's probably 18 or 19 ) "hey there's a hair in the case!!!" she shrugged her shoulders and said "ok, what can I get you " and didn't even take the hair out of the case!!!!! very very rude and it showed that she didn't care whatsoever !!!! why in the heck am I going to want to get any food when she wouldn't even look to see where the hair was nor take it out of the case before asking us what we want to eat that is the dumbest thing I think I've ever seen at a food establishment you better hire some better help because she's an idiot

Bin There Dump That Michiana

Stopped by when delivering a 10 yard bin rental and enjoyed a great hot pretzel at Ben's. The staff was very friendly and enjoying life.
