Davina at the Bensalem Medical Center (Centre Plaza Shopping Center Bensalem, PA 19020) pleasantly exceeded my first visit at Planned Parenthood in all criterias; She was extremely welcoming, patient, supportive, informative, and efficient! It was my first check up in my life, I'm 24, and Davina was a vessel of emotional and physical support. Unexpectedly, I broke down in tears just by the sight of the intimidating speculum tool for the pap smear; Davina held my hand, helping me successfully work through my severe fear of the insertion. Without Davina, my first visit to Planned Parenthood would not been as easy. Please give this woman a raise!

Great location & staff! Went for my Nexplanon insertion and was treated in a very prompt and friendly manner. By the far the best Planned Parenthood location I have visited in PA!

Overall pretty good experience. Waiting room is very small. Scheduling is terrible, I had an appointment came 15 minutes early still had to wait 1 hour to be seen. Overall staff was friendly. Since waiting room is small conversation with registration is a bit uncomfortable. Everyone can hear. Would prefer larger waiting room, or better scheduling. Appointment went quickly once I was taken.
