Was searching high & low on the Web for a specific kite sleeve which I could only find on The Kite Guys’ site. Initially, I was hesitant to place an order for these sleeves both because of the distance btwn Bentley, Alberta & North Baltimore, MD & because of extreme delays w/ USPS as a result of the pandemic. Once I began email communications back & forth w/ Founder & Owner Bud Taylor @ TKG, however, his welcoming demeanor & his meticulously thorough 18k gold customer service have completely won my loyalty as a customer. Bud definitely loves the life of serious fun in his business & convinces you that, without doubt, everyone young & young-at-heart should make fun a critical life component, now & always! Very friendly service. Bud really knows his stuff. Recently bought a kite, and it functions exactly as he described. He offered plenty of kite options for what I wanted. He was happy to answer all my questions, and showed me many different options for what I was looking for. Nice mom and pop-type shop with plenty of selection if you aren't looking for something specific. A little bit far from the city, but not much can be done about that! Makes for a good day trip.
Ordered online from BC. Got above and beyond service from Bud. Seems like that is what these guys are all about. Plus they carried a really obscure and amazing toy I'd been looking for at a great price. Thanks so much guys, all the best!
Order was processed and sent out in a matter of hours! I also called for some suggestions on painting my kite and Bud was super informative and went out of his way to help me. Very personable people and customer service was outstanding!
