Took over 8 hours to get my alignment done. I was second to walk in, i was at the store before they opened. As being second to walk in I expected to get out soon but they took care of several other walk ins before they even pulled my car in. They did not give me any explanation why other people were leaving ahead of me when I asked. Staff had a very poor attitude i understand they were busy but when dealing with paying customers i expected a more professional attitude. Never using this store again if you value your time you would not either.

Over the Thanksgiving holiday, on a Sunday, we broke down beside I-30. We contacted Firestone on I-20 in Benton. They were helpful, encouraging, and did everything possible--including finding lodging and recommending a towing company--to secure our vehicle, us, and get us on the road again the next morning. It took an hour and a half just to get an oil change. The guy kept walking around talking on a two-way radio. Took there good old sweet time. The guy kept walking around. Someone that got in our vehicle while they were doing this dumped my purse (on the passenger side floor) out in the floor and moved the cup from the cup holder in the floor, to my purse on the passenger side. Glad there wasn't anything in the cup! There was no reason for them to touch my purse or the cup!

Do not come here for an oil change unless you want to wait for 2 hours. The guy who was leaving as I walked in told me he’s waited 2 hours for an oil change, and wished me luck. I should have left as I’ve now been waiting 2 hours. Will never be back here and will tell anyone who would listen not to come here either.
