I took in my Grandmother’s 60 year old ring to have it repaired. They somehow “misplaced” it. The manager of the Benton store could not have been more rude to me during this experience. Do NOT spend a dime in this store or go in thinking that this jewelry store can do a simple repair. They not only “lost” my ring but another ring as well. I wouldn’t give this place any stars.

My boyfriend and I went in to look at rings. I specifically asked if the ring I was looking at was a Morganite. The sales lady told me that the ring was a Champagne-Vanilla Diamond. When I looked at the tag it had the marking for Morganite and was 3000. The exact ring I had seen online. Had it been a diamond it would have been well over 30-40 thousand dollars. She also told me that the Auquamarine rings were Blue diamonds. I did not argue with her but immediately left when she told me the dermatologist (yes! Dermatologist) was in the back if I needed further assistance. I really expected a little more education for staff members of Kay’s. I also feel sorry for the girl that may have gotten a Morganite, thinking it was a diamond. I will not be back.
