Very honest and polite. I needed a total engine replacement and they took the time to see if my vehicle had any recalls. Sure enough there was a recall on the engine and I was able to have the job done free by the dealership. Purdy could have not said anything and just made their money! Very nice and honest people!
Work was good but office management was extremely rude and needs to work in people skills.
