The Salon at Ulta in Benton constantly misses the mark due to poor salon management. The salon manager, Jordan, will no show, book you with someone else, or will just plain not execute what you request. The store manager will not get back with you regarding issues and isn't super concerned with the guests satisfaction. Below is the reference photo of the simple style my daughter requested for her prom up do. The second photo is the amateurish "work" delivered by Jordan. The outcome was much what you could expect from a 12 year old "doing" her sister's hair rather than the work of a professional stylist. She had to come home and take down the whole mess so that we could straighten her naturally curly hair in order to achieve the desired style. Yes, she wanted a "natural" look like the photo, but that did not mean she wanted her hair in it's natural curly state. An up do requires proper hair preparation to achieve a great outcome and Jordan was not willing to do what was necessary. We missed photos with my other daughter because we had to redo Jordan's mess. I am beyond unhappy and will not visit this Ulta again for anything. This is unfortunate because they have a TOP NOTCH aesthetician named Stephanie. She does phenomenal work! However, the general manager's lack of response and general disregard for customer satisfaction forces me to take my business elsewhere.
I had help answering product questions and found just what I was looking for in makeup. I also had my hair cut by Liz Buchanon. She did an amazing job with my naturally curly hair!
Good placw for most your beauty needs, obviously you're gonna spend a good chunk of change when you come here
They said that they had Tree Hut products but they don't even carry them or just not this one. I drove from North Little Rock to here. Wish I had called first. Website said that it was in stock. If u are looking for something first before making the drive.
Wasn't pressure into products I didn't want but guided to products that would help my face.
I went into the Store about a month ago, and I was so impressed with Marian!!! She helped me tremendously. One thing that I appreciated was the way she LISTENED to me and didn't try to just over-sell me in one particular line. We walked all over the store and found the skincare and make-up that met my needs. I just want you to know what an asset she is to your company!!!
Very nice establishment..polite and quick service..a little pricey but aren't we worth it?
