Weld-Craft manufactures top quality aluminum boats and they are great people. I had them weld a patch in my aluminum boat and they even painted it with matching olive green paint.

Friendly people
My family has owned multiple weld-craft boats. We currently own a 1242 flatbottom and a 1648 flatbottom. The 1648 is brand new and hasn't seen the water yet; the 1242, however, we have had for a few years and have taken on many fishing trips. Despite ample abuse (we have hit many stumps and sunken trees with it) the boat has no dents and the paint is still intact. I have very happy with my weld-craft and will most certainly buy another in the future.
