I am from way up North! The Upper Peninsula of Michigan and was making a three day trip to the Smokies. Since it snows a lot before we leave in January, my wife and I determined to take the camper down at least that far and store it to relieve us of the terrible job of snow removal and chipping the Jack stands out of the ice....to say nothing of the bad weather we have to drive through. I started looking around Lexington.....and when I saw the ratings that folks gave the Benton's Storage ...I called them. Mrs. Benton told me she didn't have a spot at the moment but offered to put me on the waiting list. So I said yes. We said goodbye and 30 minutes later I got a call from another storage facility. She had called them FOR me and had given them my number. He said he had lots of room and that there was no need for a reservation.....to just come down and he would take care of me. A few weeks later I got another call from Benton's....a spot had opened up....did I want it? YES!!!! So I reserved my spot and paid for November and December. When January rolled around I got another convenience call from the Benton's and was able to pay a portion of the month as we hoped to retrieve the 5th wheel by the 20th. If you want a storage facility who will go the extra mile in caring for your needs....you don't have to look any further. Benton's RV & Boat Storage is your kind of place!
