Reasonable price for what you get. A very kind houselady with a good and big breakfast. There are rooms with or without AC. You have a mosquitos net around your bed. The owner arranged for us the river safari tour for 1500RS/person.

Very friendly owners & a delicious dinner! Room was simple but clean & more than sufficient for our needs. Close walk to the beach supermarket & atm.
Basic room with fan was 4,000 LKR and average at best. No soap in the bathroom, no squeegee to wipe the floor (lots of water accumulates-- tiny drain), minimal hot water, poor quality breakfast, ants, and a drunkard for an owner who persistently harassed me at night. I had to put my bags against the door to feel safe after he offered to "send boys to room", whatever that meant. This wobbling and stumbling old man (the owner) continued making kissing noises and kept nagging me after he'd driven his motorbike back home, completely wasted, by about 7pm. Don't stay here.
Place is good. Care taker is wacky and like tracking you all the time. There is no food service available.
Not good at all. For travellers planning to book their small double room, pls note that the room is full of bugs and critters I wouldnt recommend it anyday.
