The rooms are good. Property right on beach, nice swimming pool. The owner is rude and not a nice person you should expect to greet you.

The hotel is located in a lovely spot next to the beach providing a great view to the guests. Perfect location to spend your holiday while sipping beer and enjoying that nice, warm sea breeze. Not to forget the extremely friendly and supportive staff.
The hotel has the potential to flourish yet it is stagnant ! Welcoming staff always asking if you ok and need anything. Right on the beach but ... old plastic chairs ! No TV in the rooms when it is mentionned cable channels in the description ! Wifi only around the reception. Expensive dishes. Noisy as the railway is just across the street and you 'enjoy' every passing trains whether night or day ! The end word is that the management must work towards uplifting the amenities and for sure this establishment will then be worth the penny !
Average Experience I don't feel giving this hotel 3 stars too. It has basic amenities. Toilets weren't clean when we arrived. There is no TV and WiFi is terrible. Good things about this hotel are the amazing view of the Laccadive Sea no matter whichever room you get with balcony and On-time breakfast. Prices are a bit high compared to other places for dinner. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends. There is much better hotels next to it at 80/head/night rather than the 50 so it might be worth paying more.
We have visited the hotel for 5 times. Year to year the hotel becomes better. They have changed the cooker and now the quality of the food is very good. Rooms are clean, the stuff is very friendly and polite.
